Activity covers use recorded through Software House over 30 or 90 days. Hours saved and conventional build costs are estimates. The build comparison uses recorded AI usage valued at API rates and estimated human effort; it excludes subscription bills and operating costs.

Managers can inspect and adjust the assumptions. Changes retain their author and date.
