Online backups and recovery
In 0.2.56, manual, scheduled and installer backups use the same process. Software House and published apps remain available while a backup runs. Restoring over live data still requires a maintenance pause.
You can find platform and application backups in the same searchable list. An app restore recovers deployed code and data for the selected environment. Restore tests check the database, shared files and matching application volumes in isolated resources.
Updates and corrections
Updating from 0.2.55 requires a maintenance upgrade. The installer checks compatibility before using rolling updates for later releases.
This release also fixes project settings, secret redaction, workflow cancellation, usage accounting and application image cleanup.
Read before installing
Use the dedicated server installer for a fresh Ubuntu VM. Cluster installations need storage that enforces the required limits. The cloud provisioner’s default NFS storage does not pass those checks.
Application backups restore data into an existing installation. Keep provider snapshots or an equivalent recovery plan for a lost server or cluster.
Verify a downloaded package before running it. Follow the signature and checksum checks.
